As with all rehearsal rooms, it is important for us to have our rooms filled in order for us to remain a sustainable business. Last minute cancellations, which are almost impossible to refill at short notice, have a big impact on our income, preventing other bands from booking in. It is therefore essential that we have a strict cancellation policy in place for all bookings.
Our Policy
We require 48 hours notice for cancellation of a pre-booked rehearsal. Failure to give the required notice will incur a cancellation charge, this is the full cost of the room hire for the allotted time, before back-line hire.
Cancellation fees will be wavered in the following circumstances:-
- If a replacement session is rearranged for within 3 days of the cancelled session;
- If a session is arranged at short notice (within 2 days of it taking place) and then cancelled;
Sessions that the client wishes to reduce in length also require the standard 48 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in the full cost of the session being owed regardless of the time used.
